At the beginning of August, manager Can Liang got a call from his South Korean customer that the customer wanted to purchase 4000 meters steel bar truss deck, double amount of the first order in June. The customer said this order was very urgent and must be delivered in one week. Meanwhile, the quality must be the same as that of the first order. Manager Can Liang told his customer that there was no problem with the production capacity and the product quality. The product quality would not change with the difference of the order quantity. After checking the shipping space and sailing date with the shipping company, manager Can Liang told the customer the order would be delivered in one week. On the 2nd August, BRD received the total payment of the order and the production was arranged behind a domestic 40,000-meter order.
As a new-design construction material, the steel bar truss deck is hot sale both in the domestic and abroad, so the scheduling of the production is very full. Meanwhile, August is a rather hot period in China, so the timely delivery of each order is the result of workers’ efforts and hard work.
Everyday workers of the workshop would get some heatstroke medicine, drink and fruits.
The production of this order started on 4th and this 4000-meter order only took less than 2 work days. On 5th, the 4000 meters truss deck were all loaded into containers and transported to Qingdao Port.
