I am very pleased to work with you to participate and promote the development of BRD Group.
Now, it is a positive period of national and local policy linkage, industry changes brought about a broad market prospects, a good external environment provide a rich soil for the survival and development of enterprises, but also brought a huge development environment and opportunity to BRD Group. As a part of the energy-saving new materials industry, BRD Group's tomorrow is brilliant, and every one of the BRD Group employees, there will be more display of the platform and opportunities.
Through these years’ practice, BRD Group has a clear direction and target of development, it need a clear tactical ideas to implement and promote. And our strategy and plan to develop a beautiful, and then perfect, if there is no effective execution, the implementation is delays, slow action, mutual prevarication and other issues, will make the enterprise internal friction, lead to corporate strategy and have a deviation.
In this fast-changing era of the Internet, the possibility of harvesting results by asymmetry and information asymmetry is zero, and if we do not seize the timing of development, we will miss the best chance and lose our market share. We don’t want to see it. And any strategic landing, need to rely on strong execution of the team, only the executive power to bring performance and play a significance of strategic and planned guidance, to achieve greater competitiveness of enterprises.
At this stage, BRD Group faced a problem that the lack of professional product staffs, a lot of work can not be very good to promote the implementation. In the face of such a situation, on the one hand we attach great importance to speed up the team building work, on the other hand, face to important work, we must work together in collaboration, implementation.
Change from our execution.
In the face of a number of urgent to carry out the work, we have to set the primary a goal, and then have a plan to promote, every day to change a little bit. Perhaps it seems that the performance of the day is minimal and the performance of the month seems to have changed, but it does not seem to be great. But it may be a qualitative leap in the annual look! So we get to a one year’ agreement, to test the changes in the entire team after one year.
BRD Group main products include: integrated housing, steel structure, polyurethane sandwich panel, external wall cladding system, steel truss deck and other mainstream building materials.
If you hold "this is the matter of the company, what is the relationship with me" mentality and hesitate to do work, I would like to quote such a passage to share: sow an action, you will gain a habit; broadcast a kind of habit, you will gain a character; sow a character, you will harvest a fate.
Let us spend the day of common struggle used highly responsible attitude to the individual and the company, and hope that these times will become an important memory and a wealth in life.
Our personal strength and knowledge are limited, there are the mistakes in biased views and management, welcome to put forward criticism and correction to us, we will accept, earnestly study;
